Suggest Treatment For Pain And Burning Sensation While Urinating
I had burning sensation during urinating. No discharge redness sores...nothing except burning. Took 400mg urobacid twice daily for 7 days. Nil effect. Then took 4 Sporonox, big improvement but still some very mild tenderness at tip of penis 5 days later. My wife was treated for a yeast infection. Do I need to do more or simply wait longer? Thanks

Here you had urinary tract infection...
Gradually it will recovers ....
With resolution tenderness over penis will be subsided....
If no improvement urine culture done for culture and sensitivity.....
Brufen like antiinflammatory drug can be taken.....
Drink more water.
For few days avoid any excess spicy food...
Fruit juice more.
Cranberry juice extract tablet can be helpful.....
